Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which Prepiii ("Prepiii", "we", "us") accepts refund or cancellation requests for purchases made through our website, prepiii.com (the "Service").

1. What you can purchase

Prepiii sells two digital products: the Premium Pass and the Pro Pass. Each pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks 30 days of access to the corresponding tier of features on prepiii.com. The passes are digital, non-tangible goods delivered electronically.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase if you have not substantially used the included AI features (defined as consuming more than 25% of the AI coins included with your pass).

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Cancellation

Because each pass is a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription), there is nothing to cancel after the 30-day access period ends — your access simply expires and no further charges are made.

If you decide you no longer want access during your active 30-day period and you are within the 7-day window described above, you can request a refund and we will end your access immediately.

4. When refunds are not available

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • The 7-day window from the original purchase date has passed.
  • More than 25% of the AI coins included with your pass have been consumed.
  • The account associated with the purchase has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The purchase was made using a promotional code that explicitly states it is non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email us at ali@prepiii.com from the email address associated with your Prepiii account. Please include:

  • The product you purchased (Premium Pass or Pro Pass).
  • The date of purchase and order/receipt number, if available.
  • A short description of the reason for the refund request.

We respond to every refund request within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within a single business day. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending review.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates apply only to purchases made after the "last updated" date above; the policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
