Delivery & Shipping Policy

Prepiii sells digital products only: the Premium Pass and the Pro Pass. Each pass unlocks 30 days of access to features on the Prepiii web platform. We do not ship any physical goods, and there are no shipping fees, shipping addresses, or carriers involved.

Access is delivered electronically and instantly to the Prepiii account associated with the email address you used at checkout. As soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment processor, your account is upgraded to the corresponding tier and you can start using the included features immediately.

A digital receipt is emailed to the same address. If you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

In the vast majority of cases, delivery is immediate (under 60 seconds). In rare situations — for example, if the payment processor flags a transaction for additional verification — delivery may take up to 24 hours after the verification clears.

Because Prepiii is an internet-delivered service, our products are available worldwide, anywhere our payment processor supports a given customer's payment method. Pricing is shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP) at checkout. Local currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your card issuer.

If your payment is confirmed but your account has not been upgraded within 24 hours, please contact us. We will investigate and either grant access or issue a full refund.
