These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prepiii ("Prepiii", "we", "us") and the Prepiii website, apps, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and billing

Prepiii offers two paid products: the Premium Pass and the Pro Pass. Each pass is a one-time purchase that grants 30 days of access to the corresponding tier of features. Purchases do not auto-renew — when the 30-day access period ends, your account simply returns to the free tier and no further charges are made unless you choose to buy another pass. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy at prepiii.com/refund-cancellation-policy, and otherwise issued as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to break security, scraping content, interfering with other users, reselling access, or using the Service to violate any law.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to provide tutoring, hints, explanations, and generated practice problems. AI output may contain mistakes. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for any purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Prepiii or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes.

7. Tutor terms

If you use the Service as a tutor, additional terms apply, including payout terms and content licensing for materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant Prepiii a license to host and display it within the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific score improvements or outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepiii will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
